Refund policy

1. Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for non defective products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase (order number).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To evaluate the claim, we may request:

  • A clear video showing the issue, including the physical condition of the product.
  • Photos of the item and packaging.
  • Your order number and a brief explanation.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund


3. Exceptions / non-returnable items

 We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards
  • Final sales or clearance items.
  • Products by misuse or accidents.


4. European Union Right of Withdrawal (14 day)

If your order ships to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase (order number). 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.


5. Refunds

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
